
The verbs you use will help the employer to appreciate the value that you can offer the organisation. Your verbs need to be strong and powerful and add weight to your descriptions.
A common verb that appears on CVs is the word "assisted". Job-hunters hope that if they mentioned that they assisted on a major project or with a major negotiation, then this will impress prospective employers. However, the word assisted doesn't demonstrate what the person actually did.
Try using active verbs throughout your CV and
