Ten years ago, most CVs were sent in post. Everything has now changed with more than 9 out of 10 applications being made on-line. This offers job hunters the advantage of being able to view thousands of opportunities on-line and to apply for jobs easily.
It also means that the prospective employer will see your CV and on-line profile before meeting you. Your CV and on-line profile are so important.
Don't under-estimate the importance of selling your benefits in your CV. It is the key to job-hunting success. So make sure your CV is perfect.
